Our school had the pleasure of nurturing this student for six months,
and I had the opportunity to work closely with her during the final three months.
Initially, she was quiet and thoughtful, carefully considering her responses before providing well-articulated answers.
When she began with me,
we identified her primary area for improvement as communication, encompassing both written and spoken forms.

Together, we tailored our lessons to focus on enhancing her communication skills.

Our dual objectives were to streamline her thought process, enabling her to express her ideas more efficiently,

and to build her confidence to excel in high-pressure interview settings.



Our regular lessons incorporated various activities, including debates, reading, and maths exercises.

This diversity allowed us to work on her communication skills across different contexts.

I consistently posed challenging and thought-provoking questions akin to those found in interviews, preparing her for the actual experience.



One of her most significant challenges was a lack of self-confidence in her abilities.

Despite possessing strong maths skills, her self-doubt made it difficult for her to communicate effectively, leading to struggles in several interviews.

After dedicating a few classes to building her self-confidence,

she demonstrated marked improvement in her responses, exhibiting greater speed and enthusiasm.
