This student has been studying to improve her reading, writing and speaking skills to enter an international school.
At first, she was very shy and unsure of how to conduct herself,
but quickly she adapted to the new environment and became enthusiastic about the one-to-one tutoring.
What surprised me was how her English language skills rapidly grew.
She moved up two levels on her reading books and started to produce more complex writing in class
with a wider range of vocabulary and grammar.
She actively participated in games and would ask many questions about the topic.
Trying to enter international schools at these times have been competitive for students like her,
but she showed persistence when successfully entering BHA Jeju, recognised as one of the top international schools around the world.
